The system will notify you when an employee has opened a required e-mail from you. Use employee e-mail to track disciplinary actions or positive feedback. Security
Nothing gives peace of mind like a secure system. Phoenix POS lets you designate who has access to which system feature by assigning employees to one of six security workgroups. You designate which features that workgroup has access to. Then, if an employee's password is shared inappropriately, you need only change their password.
