Pre-arrange Super Bowl Orders

The Super Bowl is one of the biggest pizza events of the year! One great way to take advantage of it is to encourage your regular customers to order early. Using your Phoenix marketing tools, you can search for customers who ordered last year for the Super Bowl, and send them a mailer or e-mail inviting them to order again, even to place a deferred order, so you will know what to plan for.

Just go to Customers, Advanced Search, and activate the "Total # of orders" line by selecting "AND" before it. Enter "Total # of orders" > 0 ON "Specific date" and enter the date of last year's Super Bowl Sunday, 02/03/2008. Press "Search" and you will find all those customers. You can segment this further by finding customers who ordered wings, pizza, sandwiches or other specific items to offer a special promotion on these party foods!
