Substitutions Give Flexibility and Control

Customers make substitutions all the time–especially on their pizzas. Phoenix POS' substitution feature enables you to switch out ingredients on pizzas or other menu items without hassle to your customers or staff.

But what if the customer's request to change green pepper for sausage on their combo pizza costs you more? Phoenix will automatically charge for the difference.

Phoenix POS lets you control substitutions by individual item. So if you don't want customers altering your famous Combo Supreme Pizza, specify that when setting up your menu.

Phoenix POS' substitution feature gives you control over your bottom line and provides customers greater flexibility when ordering.

To enable or disable substitutions on any item, go to Configuration / Items and edit that item. Click on the Inclusions / Requirements tab, and check the "Allow Substitutions" button on the bottom of the page.
