Keep on the Alert with Your PDA or Cell Phone!

Enjoy instant access to key information on your cell phone or PDA with Phoenix POS. You can configure the system to send text or e-mail messages:

• At the end of each daypart with total sales
• At the time of the end-of-day bank deposit with deposit amount
• With daily sales
• With over/short amounts
• Every 30 minutes if any employees are in overtime

You can even set your managers or other employees to receive these alerts on their handheld devices. It's another way Phoenix POS uses the latest technology to keep you in the know!

Select the alerts you wish to receive on your employee record, Communications screen. For a cell phone, enter the e-mail address for that phone (check your provider for their @XXX.com recommendation or use the universal @teleflip.com – i.e. 8666784911@teleflip.com).
