Hector knows his stuff, his Pizza Stuff, that is. Owner of nine takeout and delivery stores, Hector was looking for a point-of-sale system that gave him better control over his business. After extensive research, he replaced his homegrown system with Phoenix™ POS from FireFly Technologies.

"It was critical to get control over driver dispatch. Delivery time is very important, and I had no control before. We need to know exactly how long it takes the drivers to get the pizza to the customers. We do contests between the stores to see who has the fastest time. I'd say Phoenix has helped reduce the average delivery time by 15 minutes. Plus, our employees really like Phoenix; it's so easy to use.

"We set up the call center nearly two years ago to improve customer service by offering a single phone number for all our locations. We decided to close the dedicated call center earlier this year and offer one-number ordering through the stores. One-number ordering definitely gives me better control, is convenient for advertising, and allows me to process more orders with three or four fewer employees.
