Angelina's Pizza: "FireFly is our 3rd & Final Choice"
Ann Reichle, co-owner of Angelina's Pizza with 3 stores in Olmstead Falls, Ohio, recently explained on the PMQ chat site why FireFly is their choice of POS provider.

"Scott, We've been in business almost ten years. We are on our third POS sytem and company. The change was made both times on the biggest issue of "support" that became "non-support." The company we had in the beginning also promised enhancements were coming which never materialized.
"The second system worked well for almost two years, but the support deteriorated to the point of many times no one would EVER call us back after leaving countless messages with their answering service. This company had been sold several times in a short period of time.
"The final straw came when we were told by the latest owners they would no longer support our system because we had not purchased the HARDWARE through them.
"Our decision two years ago was to lease so we could update equipment as technology changed, without the huge cost of replacement.
"We requested and received permission and system specs to have the hardware built through CompUSA. The computers were sent directly to the POS company to have the software installed and to be certain all manufacturing met their system requirements. The machines were approved, then they sent their techs with the computers to do onsite training at our two stores. This wasn't cheap.
"We are just completing our newest install with Firefly. We have the utmost confidence in them. They know their system inside and out. We will never just buy "a system" again. The biggest question should be, "When you're in the weeds, where's the support team?"
