The Phoenix KPS is a browser-based system that lets kitchen staff view up to six pending orders at a time from flat-panel monitors. The monitor displays order details, including the age of each order and the total number of orders.

With an industrial-strength bump bar, employees can scroll through all pending orders and "bump" completed orders. Flexible routing options enable order takers and servers to send orders or specific items to one or more kitchen monitors. Any previously "bumped" order can be recalled.
