Phoenix V2-35 Improves Operations

Delivery Area Management, Labor Scheduling, Box Labels and more bring sophisticated management tools to pizza operators

Hillsboro, OR

With the latest version of Phoenix POS, business owners are enjoying new tools to help manage their business more efficiently.

Sales Forecasting and Labor Scheduling

"Integrated labor scheduling was one of our most requested features," explains Marketing Director Duessa Holscher. "We've incorporated an easy-to-use sales forecasting feature which lets operators project future sales and establish a labor budget based on that projection. They can then create daily work schedules and enforce those schedules when it comes time to clock in."

Delivery Area Management

Many operators require sophisticated control over their authorized delivery area. With the new integrated street database in Phoenix, owners can specify exact delivery areas and simplify the entry of new customers. In addition, our new "Smart Dispatch" feature groups orders automatically to optimize delivery runs.

More Efficiency Improvements

A label for each pizza box can help keep delivery orders organized. Employee security cards can speed up log on while maintaining password security. Expiration alerts notify managers if insurance, registration, license, and food handlers requirements are invalid for any employee. Several new reports and and other improvements round out this release, which is now being updated for all clients.
