Phoenix V2.0: Caller ID, Deferred Orders, Driver Directions and more
New version adds conveniences designed to improve customer service and order taking speed
Hillsboro, OR
"When you're running a pizza business, anything that makes ordering easier or faster on a Friday night is good news," explains Duessa Holscher, Director of Marketing. "That's why the features in our 2.0 release are very exciting for our users!"
Caller ID shaves time off ordering
With integrated Caller ID customer selection, users of the Phoenix POS can simply touch a ringing phone icon to automatically recall customer information, based on the incoming caller ID data.
"Phoenix is unique in the way that it handles multiple phone numbers and contacts per customer, so you can avoid duplicate customer records with the Caller ID feature."
Deferred Orders make planning easier
For any restaurant that does a lot of parties, catering, or simply values customer service, the ability to track Deferred Orders is essential. With Phoenix, you can enter an order for any future date and have it automatically print at the proper time. Our special "preview" print function lets you schedule an extra notice for ordering or planning purposes
Delivery Features - Secure and Simple
The 2.0 version of Phoenix has enhanced several delivery functions based on customer requests. "We've got the most comprehensive, secure and easy to use delivery features out there," explained Holscher. For example, new Driver Directions enhance the mapping feature to provided detailed, step-by-step instructions from the restaurant to the customer's front door.
