Installation Manager

FireFly Technologies is hiring an Installation Manager to coordinate the implementation of our point-of-sale technology with our restaurant clients.

This position requires consulting with clients through the installation planning, scheduling and on-site installation process. You will manage field technicians and contractors, coordinate with production department for hardware orders, configure software, and manage schedules.

The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills, organization and planning skills.
  • Technical knowledge to advise clients on system networking, electrical, and other requirements.
  • Proven ability to negotiate with a wide range of client personalities to reach mutually agreeable schedules and roll-out plans.
  • Prior experience with point-of-sale implementation would be desirable.
  • Prior restaurant experience is also a plus.
  • Familiarity with computer networking, PC hardware, databases, and point-of-sale software applications is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

The compensation for this position is $30,000 - $45,000 per year.
